Terms of use and sale

The short version: this is education, not medical care. You pay $19 once, you get to keep what you bought, and if it isn't for you, you get a refund within 30 days.

Not medical advice

Everything we publish and sell is educational. It isn't diagnosis or treatment, and using it doesn't make us your provider. See a doctor to rule out serious causes before you start, and keep seeing one. The warning signs that need a doctor right away are listed in our medical disclaimer, which is part of these terms.

What you're buying

The Good Back Days Method is a digital product: a PDF guide, a bedtime audio recording, and access to the 30-day practice in our web app. It costs $19 in US dollars, charged once. There's no subscription and nothing renews. Stripe processes the payment, and we never see your card.

We describe study results because they're what the method is based on. They're averages from groups of people, not a promise about you. Results vary, and it doesn't work for everyone.

Refunds

If it isn't for you, reply to your receipt or email hello@goodbackdays.com within 30 days of buying and we'll refund the full $19. You don't need to give a reason.

Your copy

The guide and audio are for your personal use. Please don't resell them, post them publicly, or share your download links. You can print the guide for yourself.

We aim to keep the app and downloads online, but we can't promise they'll never be down. If you lose your copy, email us and we'll send it again.

Limits

We provide the site and products as they are. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be waived.

Changes and law

We may update these terms. The version in place when you bought applies to that purchase. These terms are governed by the laws of Florida, USA.
