Short version: we collect very little, we sell nothing, and we name the two companies that handle your information below. Your quiz answers never leave your browser.
What we collect
- Your email address, only if you give it to us, so we can send the free guide and our emails. You can unsubscribe in one click whenever you want.
- Quiz answers are handled entirely in your browser. We never receive your answers or your score. If you enter your email on the results screen, we get the email and nothing else.
- Purchase details are handled by Gumroad, our payment processor. We see your email and what you bought. We never see your card.
Cookies
This site doesn't set advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser may store your email (so forms remember you) and your quiz result, on your device only. Clearing your browser data deletes them.
Who handles your information
Brevo sends our emails and stores our mailing list. When you submit a form, your email goes to Brevo so we can send you what you asked for. Here's Brevo's privacy policy.

What we don't do
- We never sell or rent your information
- We don't put advertising trackers on this site
- We don't collect health data. We're an education site, not a health service
Your choices
Use the unsubscribe link in any email. To have your email deleted from our list, reply to any email we've sent or unsubscribe, and Brevo removes your record. For purchase records, use Gumroad's account settings.
